A procedure for trenchless replacement and laying of new services for the gas and drinking water supply with diameters of up to DN (nominal diameter) 60 (60 mm) and lengths of more than 25 m.
For this procedure, this simple and compact hydraulic pulling unit with pull and pressure forces of 150 kN is available. The units themselves are an aluminum lightweight assembly
and can be moved on the site or in confined basement spaces respectively, without any additional lifting devices.
In addition to its simple processing, the procedure convinces by its operating speed on site. The replacement process of an old service with a length of 25 m against a new PE-HD pipeline takes less than 1 working hour.
