Step 1: |
The duration of the training depends on the technology. The training itself can take place on construction sites of the licensee or the licensor, respectively in Germany or in a training center, and is conducted by highly qualified and experienced specialists of Group of Karl Weiss. The training provides the licensee with theoretical as well as practical knowledge. Detailed manuals for every technology are provided in the corresponding language. All relevant aspects of the technology are thoroughly described. At the end of the training, a final examination is held. |
| Step 2 : | After the operating personnel is trained, the technology is applied in the field. This is done in the field on the licensee's construction sites. Specialists of the licensor will support the trained staff until the licensee is able to use the technology on his own accord. |
| Step 3 : | The licensor organizes licensee workshops in Germany once a year. All licensees will be invited to a two-day event. There will be an intensive exchange of experiences among the licensees as well as with the licensor. The licensor also presents processes that have been optimized and new developments during practical and theoretical presentations. |
| Step 4 : | In case of difficulties, Group of Karl Weiss is your permanent and competent partner. As licensor, our No. 1 priority is to provide the best possible support for our licensee in case of potential difficulties. |
