Rehabilitation of waste water and industrial pipelines

For the trenchless rehabilitation of waste water and industrial pipes the starline® HPL-S technology is used in individual sections of up to 600 m. With the standard safety factor of 1.5 for PE pipes for water, a maximum operating pressure of up to 40 bar is possible for this type of fabric hose.

This allows the required operating safety as well as the hygiene of these pipelines to be restored permanently and fast. Contamination of the ground water through leakage of the old pipes is also sustainably prevented.

Regarding the fabric structure, the fabric hose of the starline®HPL-S technology is based on the starline®HPL-G fabric hose, tested in accordance with DVGW VP 404. The static lifetime of the system is at least 50 years. Existing and future pitting corrosion, which in particular pose an enormous safety and environment risk to transport pipelines, are removed efficiently, quickly and sustainably using our starline®HPL-S technology.

starline® HPL-S

Depending on the constitution of the pipelines and the rigidity of the fabric, waste water, pressurized and service water pipelines with an operating pressure of up to 40 bar can all be rehabilitated in individual lengths of up to 600m using the fabric hose relining process starline®HPL-S.

This allows the required operating safety as well as the hygiene of these pipelines to be restored permanently and fast. Contamination of the ground water through leakage of the old pipes is also sustainably prevented.
