Lifelong learning is the basis for our training concept - it doesn't stop after school, training or studies: learning is a key tool to access education and a basis for qualification for the individual requirements of work. Along with the necessary basic qualifications of staff, lifelong learning is a central element.
Regular training and further education based on detailed process handbooks guarantees that the quality requirements are safely met and mistakes are avoided.
The training of licence holders is carried out by qualified and experienced specialists. The length of the training depends on the process. Theoretical and practical knowledge is taught, and the necessary infrastructure is available.
In our headquarters there is a seminar room with modern presentation technology.
In our technology centre, practical training for use of the equipment is carried out, including hands-on exercizes, and actual practical training takes place on our sites. The competence of our training centre is certified with the DIN EN ISO 9001 certificate.
